Since last week there is VersionEye – Slack integration. It enables you to get VersionEye notifications directly in Slack.

How would that look like?
You can use the Slack API and Incoming Webhooks to directly post to channels. Here is the documentation: https://api.slack.com/incoming-webhooks
One would only need to create the Webhook adress in Slack, add it in Versioneye and it should work immediately without setting up any additional servers/apps.
Yep that would be amazing. Much better than sending out emails.
